1. Prices and orders

Occasional prices and discounts can be changed at any time if conditions require it.

The products on offer will be shown with the offer price, the price before the offer and the discount percentage.

Once the transaction is completed, you will see the confirmation of your order on the screen, which can be printed as a proof, but in no case will be valid as an invoice.

   * We are not going to charge you any amount that we have not detailed before your pass by cashier, except if you want us to wrap the gift order (cost: 0,80 €) or you make a modification on the shipping zone. All prices already include taxes

2. Shipping, delivery and delivery times

At Garabatus we offer the following shipping options:

Iberian Peninsula:

  • Ship via Post Office: The cost of the shipment is  4,30€. This will also be the cost for shipments to Andorra (only by Post)
  • Transit times by Post will be 48-72 hours (the time may vary according to the shipping area).
  • Price for shipments to Portugal:  7,75€, with the same transit time.
  • Garabatus reserves the right to modify the delivery system when for weight, measures, etc. would be more convenient for you (more economical)
  • The shipping costs will be free if your order exceeds €70

* The National Post Service is certified, so we make sure you get our product or, failing that, we can follow up and claim.   

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:

  • Shipments to the Balearic and the Canary Islands only be made by certified Post and have the following costs:

                     - Balearic Islands: 6,25 € (trànsit de 72-96 hores, depenent de l'illa)

                     - Canary Islands: 8,47 € (trànsit de 7-8 dies aprox.)
  • We currently do not ship to Ceuta and Melilla.

Shipments to the EU and non-EU Europe / Rest of the world:

For shipments to countries of the European Community and no European Community, we also use the certified Postal Service; The cost per shipment is 9.80€; We can not guarantee transit times. Ask us the possibility of sending it by urgent courier.

We guarantee that if you place the order before 17h, and you make the payment through Paypal or card, we will send it to you the same day, as long as this is workable (with arrival between 24 and 96 working hours, depending on the chosen way of shipping).In the case of bank transfer, the same process will be followed as long as we have received the proof of the transfer. Orders and payments that arrive later than 5pm will be skipped for the next day, if this is workable (this is important to keep in mind for transit times). Saturdays and local / regional holidays in the area where Garabatus has its location do not count as working days.

Any variation or setback will be communicated to you as soon as possible via email.

When the order comes out you will be informed with a notification via email.

The order will be delivered at the address provided, never a PO box. In the event that the address provided is incorrect we are not responsible for errors in delivery or costs incurred by said cause.

Once the transaction have been made, you will see the order confirmation in the screen, which can be printed as a receipt, but in any case as a valid invoice.

Garabatus reserves the right to modify or not the prices of shipments when the transport providers annually increase them.

  * Shipments with customized clothes can be delayed. Please ask us for any doubt

3. Forms of payment

You can pay the orders through bank transfer, credit / debit cards, via Paypal and cash on delivery

Bank transfer

If you choose this form of payment, upon receiving confirmation of the order we will indicate the number of account in which to make the transfer.

You must indicate in the subject of the transfer your order number, name and surnames. It will be absolutely necessary that we receive the bank transfer confirmation before sending.

If payable commissions with transfer were generated, Garabatus wouldn’t take charge of them

Credit or Debit Card

You can use your credit or debit card through the payment platform provided by Banco Sabadell (Redsys). The transaction is done through Banco Sabadell's secure payment platform, managed by CES ("Comercio Electronico Seguro"), for cards systems of Visa (Verified by Visa) and MasterCard (MasterCard Secure Code), and at no time do we access your data.

Paypal

The third formula we propose is PayPal, with which you can pay with your PayPal account or with your credit or credit card. At no time do we have access to your data and all the payment procedure is done through this platform. Like the others, it is a totally safe payment.

Cash on delivery

Payments with refund will have an additional cost of 3,5€ on the sales price.

4. Warranty and Returns

We will accept returns in the following cases:

  1. If the product you have purchased has some manufacturing defect or clothing that does not allow it to be used for the purpose with which it was purchased.
  2. Product wrongly sent by Garabatus, which does not correspond to what you have purchased.
  3. Damage caused during transport or loss (only insured shipments; contact us to see the conditions).

We will not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Products with malfunctions caused by incorrect use or manipulation of the same, or when the wear is product of normal use.
  • Outlet items, if any, are not refundable.

Requirements for handling returns:

  • Send an email to info@babygarabatus.com detailing the reason for the return; Photograph of the product will be required.
  • The product must be in the same state it was sent to, can not be used, manipulated, without labels, with broken packaging, etc.

Times and Expenses:

  • Incidents must be communicated within a maximum period of 3 working days after receiving of the product.
  • Once the return has been communicated and accepted, you will have 4 working days to return the product.
  • Garabatus will bear the costs of return and new shipment if all the conditions of point 4 Warranty and returns are fulfilled. And once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is in the same conditions as when it was shipped, we will proceed to ship the new product the next business day (Monday to Friday)
  • On the other hand, if you, having received the product you have requested, but without any incident, it is not of your liking, you can return it within 15 calendar days, advising in advance. You must return it by Postal Service (not courier agencies) and advance the cost of shipping (never refund). Once we receive the returned order and confirm that it is in the same conditions as it was sent, we will proceed to the shipment of the new product that you have chosen as well as to the reimbursement of the transportation costs of the return (the transport costs of the first shipment will not be reimbursed).
  • If you don’t want a product change and you decide to have your money back, you will have to assume the return cost (with the transport company of your choice). The refund will be made once Garabatus receives the product back and confirm that it is in the same conditions as when it was sent.

   * Clothes customized with babies name can't be returned

Garabatus is not responsible for any damages or damages that may be suffered by the user as a result of errors or omissions of information when it comes from sources other than us.
